P&G Glitch Update!
Y’all, this Proctor and Gamble glitch has been SWEET! PLUS, there appears to be another glitch (YMMV) with the 3/3.01, 5/5.01, 7/7,01 and 10/10.01. More on that in a sec.
REMEMBER GLITCHES CAN END AT ANY TIME!!! THEY ARE WORKING TO FIX THIS SO MAY ALREADY BE A DEAD DEAL!!
First, it appears (at least in the app) that the 3/10, 5/20, 7/30 and 10/40 are no longer attaching like a coupon. BUT all is not lost. It should still work as stated on the offer. When you spend X amount you will receive a 3/3.01, 5/5.01, 7/7,01 or 10/10.01. This is a good thing. These appear to be glitching too!
So, I am going to use a 5/20 for this explanation. Keep in mind you may have to adjust this to match your coupon. So for example:
Buy 1 Tide $9.95, Mr. Clean magic erasers $1.00, Febreze spray $3.25, Febreze plug $3.25, 2 Oral B Bright & Clean $1.00 ea. and a Crest travel size mouth wash $1.00. Subtotal $20.45.
Use 3/1 Tide, .50/1 Mr. Clean, 2.30/1 Febreze spray, 2.30/1 Febreze plug, 3/2 Oral B and 1/1 Crest for a total coupon amount of $11.10.
Pay $9.35. Get back a 5/5.01. It will take a few minutes sometimes for it to show in your account. This coupon ONLY works on P&G ITEMS!!
Now here’s the glitchy part….. Use that 5/5.01 repeatedly when you go to use it. It’s staying on the account but only for a short amount of time. AND there’s no guarantee on how many times it will work but we’ve seen upwards of 10 times.
Example: Scan $5.50 Tide, enter #, pay 50 cents. Repeat IMMEDIATELY! As many times as it will allow. Be prepared to pay the $5 on the last transaction because that’s how we know we’ve reached the ‘rinse and repeat limit’ so to speak. What I would personally do is get what I hope to buy and be prepared to put some back on the shelf if it stops working. Again, remember that this can end at any time and I based this off the $5/$20 coupon. You may have to adjust based on your coupon value. This is a great way to save BIG on Tide, we haven't had good Tide deals in a while Good luck out there!
